Dynamic Property Search are an independant property consultancy who help find newly relocated workers temporary or long term properties. They have also moved into the realm of the cash rich, offering their vast knowledge of the property market as buyers agents. They also have a match and move department providing sellers with leasing options if they are having difficulty finding buyers with the increasingly difficult to arrange mortgage market. For the flyers themselves we used the de riguer smiling young couple stock imagery along with an image of a £50 note which despite being little bigger than the size of a postage stamp, were advised by our print department to have the words specimen written on it as it is illegal to print images of money. If you decide to take up their offer of recommending a landlord they will pay you £50 once they sign them up. Hmmm, who do we know that fancies themselves as a landlord?
