Arcadia Lance - Lettings and Management - A5 leaflet design and print

Arcadia Lance have thought long and hard about the purpose of these a5 promotional leaflets and they've cunningly split them by side to appeal both to landlords - who we've illustrated by using a square jawed go-getter complete with trophy girlfriend (is there any other type of landlord, we rest our case) and on the reverse tenants, which again we've illustrated with a modern clean cut family as opposed to a group of undesirable students. We made full use of the green swoosh line that appears in the logo - you can see it in all it's dynamic glory below seperating the pictures from the text.
